Published December 6th, 2022, the Rules Committee Print 117-70 "Text of the House Amendment to the Senate Amendment to H.R. 7776" contains language on "whistleblower" protection as it relates to UFOs and UAPs.

This is NOT "Whistleblower Protection" - this is a mechanism for the creation of a process for "AUTHORIZED REPORTING" of UFO/UAP activity.
