Published December 6th, 2022, the Rules Committee Print 117-70 "Text of the House Amendment to the Senate Amendment to H.R. 7776" contains language on "whistleblower" protection as it relates to UFOs and UAPs.

Before coming to the conclusion that this will cause a flood of "whistleblowers" to come out of the woodwork, please read the provisions contained below and concentrate on the restrictions and exclusions. This is NOT "Whistleblower Protection" - this is a mechanism for the creation of a process for "AUTHORIZED REPORTING" of UFO/UAP activity.
I read the post about UAP Whistleblower Protection, and it made me realize the article is actually showing that what is called protection isn’t full legal shelter but more a way to do authorized reporting of unidentified anomalous phenomena, not real safeguards from retaliation or job loss.
