Ralph Segar is an Electrical Engineer holding a BSEE from Cornell University. He has worked in the electrical power industry for the past 48 years, fulfilling different roles as needed (Commissioning Manager, Design Engineer, Lead Test Engineer, Construction Engineer, etc.) for both domestic and foreign projects. He is semi-retired, performing part-time Consultation services for a major US Electrical Utility.
His hobbies include radio-controlled model aircraft and woodworking. He has long been interested in the UAP phenomena and felt that the subject has not received the open and detailed examination that it deserves. His hopes are that UAPx will help reverse that trend. Growing up, he avidly followed the events of the 60s and 70s space race and was severely disappointed that his next vacation could not be spent on the moon.
